Working from 10pm to 8am, this role is essential for the hotel’s success during nighttime hours. You will handle Front Office duties, address guest complaints, and perform detailed accounting reconciliations. Reporting directly to department heads, you will also prepare essential nightly reports and system backups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Front Office duties and Night Audit processes
• Address guest complaints with a focus on resolution
• Answer phone calls with professionalism
• Balance food and beverage financial reports
• Conduct nightly system backups and data transfers
Requirements:
• One to two years of hotel front office or night audit experience
• Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs for guest services
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
• Valid Class 5 License required for this position
