This full-time position involves ensuring top-tier service while supervising daily hotel operations. You will manage front desk activities, coordinate reservations, and provide personalized concierge services to delight guests. Work with a dedicated team committed to excellence and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Fairmont Gold service standards are upheld consistently

• Carry out front desk responsibilities including guest check in/out

• Provide useful concierge services regarding local experiences

• Assist staff in overcoming guest service issues

• Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments for service standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality

• Familiarity with Micros-Opera and MS Office Suite

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

• Capacity to remain composed in a busy environment

• Must have Pro Serve certification and be eligible to serve alcohol in Alberta
