- Candidates working in this post are required to follow all procedures to properly operate safety and emergency equipment such as oxygen systems, aircraft doors, life rafts, evacuation slides, fire extinguishers, and lighting systems.
- They’re also appointed at this post to follow all procedures to safely perform on time working at this post.
- Candidates working in this post are required to ensure and uphold exceptional traveller service standards, both inflight and on the ground.
- They’re also appointed at this post to complete service and sales following West Jet service standards.
- Candidates for this post are required to anticipate and adhere to travellers’ needs.
- They’re appointed at this post to carry themselves with the utmost professionalism and poise while on duty or in the public eye.
- Candidates also adhere to uniform and appearance standards as prescribed under company policy working at this post.
- They must be able to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be proficient in reading the English language as one requirement to be successful in the completion of training to get preferred for this post.
- They must acquire customer service experience and must be able to solve problems and make quick decisions in the interest of safety, crew, or traveller needs to be preferred for this post.
- They must be comfortable working in confined spaces and must be flexible and able to work a varied schedule to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must be 19 years of age or older to be preferred for this post.
