Elevate guest satisfaction at Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel as an Overnight House Person! This full-time role provides $19 an hour, alongside a $1.00 overnight premium, making sure our guests wake up to a clean and inviting atmosphere.
You’ll be pivotal in maintaining cleanliness and order during the night, managing guest requests, and aiding in laundry operations. Your proactive approach will keep public areas spotless, ensure timely responses to requests, and help streamline the laundry process, enabling smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors and public spaces
• Manage guest requests efficiently and accurately
• Assist laundry team to regulate linen flow
• Operate cleaning machines for upkeep
• Organize and stock storage areas effectively
Requirements:
• Proficient communication skills in writing and speaking
• Strong foundation in customer service principles
• Ability to follow brand standards and checklists
• Analytical skills for problem recognition
