Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive food and beverage service at events

• Support setup and execution of meal functions

• Address any guest complaints and report irregularities

• Ensure all equipment meets Fairmont standards

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in food and beverage service

• Legal age to serve alcohol in Alberta with Pro Serve

• Physically fit to handle lifting duties

• Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
