Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment for guests

• Register guests and manage room assignments

• Audit daily income postings and charges

• Process guest check-outs and manage financial transactions

• Maintain communication with housekeeping regarding room statuses

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Availability for day, evening, and night shifts
