Our Housekeeping Associates play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest. From freshly made beds to sparkling clean bathrooms, your attention to detail helps ensure our guests feel right at home.

As a Room Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort and presentation of our guestrooms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing assigned guestrooms to meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.

• Replenishing towels, guest amenities and other room supplies.

• Completing detailed cleaning tasks to keep guestrooms fresh and welcoming.

• Keeping housekeeping carts, supplies and work areas clean, organized and properly stocked.

• Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards and lost-and-found items.

• Responding to guest requests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

• Working closely with fellow Housekeeping Associates and Supervisors to ensure guestrooms are ready for arriving guests.

• Following established cleaning procedures and safe work practices.

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

• A dependable, professional and guest-focused approach to work.

• The ability to follow instructions, established cleaning procedures and workplace safety requirements.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel operational needs.

Experience using commercial cleaning products and equipment is an asset.

This is an active, hands-on position that involves:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling and repetitive movements.

• Lifting and carrying linens, supplies and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.

• Pushing and pulling housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.

• Performing physically demanding cleaning activities throughout the shift.
