Lead memorable events with attentive guest service, event standards, and team leadership as an Event Captain at Northland Properties. Work shifts with clients and staff.
The Event Captain assists the Event Manager and Event Coordinator while serving as third in command within the department. This role creates memorable experiences through product knowledge, passion, and attentive service. You will coach standards positively, understand booking procedures, and follow sales procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as shift leader with clients and staff
- Assist the Event Manager and Event Coordinator
- Coach service standards in a positive manner
- Practice booking procedures and follow sales procedures
- Cover the Event Manager role during absence
- Outstanding proactive guest service skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities
- Organization, planning, and attention to detail
- Understanding of AV technology
- Flexible availability and ability to work under pressure
