- Act as a liaison between HRPD stakeholders and HR Systems to address system requirements and challenges.
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials and sessions for system users to maximize adoption and utilization.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, enhancements, and user guides.
- Support the development and maintenance of advanced reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data governance practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, leveraging core system functionality.
- Participate in the implementation of system enhancements and new modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams on the deployment of new system features, modules, and enhancements.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to measuring the effectiveness of culture transformation efforts.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in human resources or HR technology support, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors HCM or similar HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with reporting and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an asset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to change.
