Bilingual Talent Acquisition Administrator

What does a Talent Acquisition Administrator do?

You will use your advanced organizational and customer service skills to support the high-volume Talent Acquisition team by:

  • Managing job boards and posting (internal and external)
  • Ensuring candidate inquiries are responded to accurately and in line with department service levels
  • Screening applications and conduct initial interviews as required
  • Organizing recruitment events with external partners such as agencies and educational institutions
  • Supporting pre-employment candidate testing process
  • Conducting and completing candidate pre-employment conditions such as background checks and government clearance
  • Tracking and generating regular recruitment reports and metrics
  • Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness
  • Support Bilingual recruitment and selection processes

What you bring to PASS:

  • You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire) and are a Canadian Citizen or PR
  • You are 18 or older
  • You have a clear criminal background record
  • You have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Ideal candidate will have post secondary in HR certificate/diploma/degree in HR or related field
  • You have fluency in English and French, verbal and written
  • You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
  • You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards
  • You thrive in high volume, fast paced and evolving environment.
