Your role will emphasize using technology to provide career resources and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify employment needs through meetings with residents
• Deliver training on resumes and interview techniques
• Collaborate with external partners for job placements
• Keep accurate logs of residents' employment statuses
• Conduct site visits and provide support as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in guidance or job placement
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• U.S. citizens or lawful residents only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Capable of local travel for job site visits
