AIMCo is enhancing its HRIS operations, seeking a knowledgeable Workday Analyst to manage system configurations and collaborate with HR and BT teams.
Your role will include supporting the Senior Manager and driving innovative solutions that enhance Workday HCM and its modules. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver subject-matter expertise in Workday’s technical functionality
• Design and implement new module requirements within Workday
• Monitor and improve data integrity for all users
• Facilitate user training and assist in change management
• Analyze and ensure system upgrades function correctly
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of technical experience with Workday
• Post-secondary degree in Information Systems or similarly relevant fields
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence
