Contract Details 12‑month contract with potential extensions.
Starts part‑time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full‑time hours after the first 2–3 months.
Hourly Rate: $80‑$90/hr T4A.
Requirements 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support.
Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations.
Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration.
Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes.
About the Role This opportunity is with Insight Global, supporting a large enterprise workplace. You would be focused on configuring and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and contributing to ongoing system improvements and releases.
