We offer a hands-on HRIS Analyst Training & Placement Program designed to help professionals build or advance their careers supporting enterprise HR systems across the United States. This program blends structured HRIS functional training, real-world support and implementation exposure, and client-facing project assignments—preparing candidates to effectively support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for HRIS platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Talent modules
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS-related incidents, service requests, and production issues
  • Support user access management, roles, data security, and functional configurations
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements
  • Assist with testing activities including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and post-release validation
  • Support HRIS upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials
  • Monitor integrations, reports, data loads, and interfaces; coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
  • Track and manage requests using ticketing tools such as Service Now, Jira, or similar systems
