This position involves providing administrative and operational support across the People & Culture function. You will work closely with HR systems, maintain vital employee records, and facilitate onboarding and lifecycle events. Engaging with staff inquiries and ensuring adherence to employment legislation will be essential aspects of your role, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain employee records within the HRIS
• Administer essential employee lifecycle events and documentation
• Support onboarding activities, including orientations
• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
• Generate reports on HR metrics and compliance indicators
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1-3 years in an HR administrative capacity
• Strong systems knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Awareness of data privacy and employment compliance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
