This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a multi-entity setting. In this role, you will oversee recruitment, contribute to employee relations, and manage administrative support tasks. Your detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless HR operations and positive employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates
• Keep employee records and track attendance data
• Coordinate effective onboarding processes for new team members
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hiring platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Capacity to handle confidential information with care
