In this full-time, permanent role, you will manage a collaborative team, embracing challenges and driving solutions. Your hands-on approach will ensure effective payroll processing, compliance with legislation, and the smooth administration of benefits and pensions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver full-cycle payroll for semi-monthly and off-cycle groups
• Supervise and coach payroll staff, enhancing team performance
• Review payroll calculations, adjustments, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and policies
• Oversee employee leave administration
Requirements:
• University degree plus five years payroll experience
• Payroll designation (PCP or CPM) required
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
