Key Responsibilities:

• Create leadership programs for supervisors and managers
• Standardize performance management and accountability
• Enhance people systems utilising digital technology
• Partner with operations and finance to optimize HR efforts
Requirements:
• Significant senior HR leadership in manufacturing/industrial sectors
• Experience in organizations with 500-1,500 employees
• Previous collaboration with C-Suite for strategic goals
• Proficient in interpreting labour and financial metrics
• Proven success in defining change through HR processes
