Engage as a Human Resources Business Partner at All Weather in Edmonton, AB, focusing on a hands-on approach to HR for our manufacturing site. Excel in building relationships while delivering robust HR support.
This role blends strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence, where you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will partner with managers to navigate policy interpretation and best practices, making a meaningful impact on the organizational culture. Initially focusing on onsite work will facilitate relationship-building and understanding of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance
• Coach managers in HR best practices and policy use
• Handle investigations and accommodation discussions
• Advise on laws and ensure standardized HR processes
• Manage high-volume recruitment efficiently
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or Business
• 5–7 years of HR generalist experience mandatory
• Background in manufacturing advantageous
• Strong communication skills across cultural contexts
• HRIS knowledge required; UKG preferred
