Elevate the recruitment experience at the University of Alberta as a Recruitment Coordinator on North Campus, Edmonton. This role is geared towards engaging employers and organizing recruitment events.
In this position, you will report to the Manager of Employer Relations and act as the first point of contact for employers eager to connect with University of Alberta students and alumni. Your responsibilities will entail vetting employers and coordinating various recruitment events that include job postings and career fairs. You will ensure that employers have a successful recruitment process while providing them access to relevant services within the Career Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vet employer clients for recruitment legitimacy
• Coordinate and manage annual career fairs and sessions
• Schedule interviews and recruitment events effectively
• Post job entries on a daily basis for employer visibility
• Refer employers to additional university resources
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment or higher education preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with campus recruitment processes
• Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
