In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor, enhancing workplace engagement and fostering talent management. You'll support critical business planning processes through your HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience required
• HR certification is preferred
• Strong expertise in workforce engagement strategies
• Ability to influence and coach leadership effectively
