Position: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Role
Take on a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant role with Insight Global. Engage part-time initially with easy transition to full-time hours in a large enterprise context.

This 12-month contract allows focus on enhancing Oracle HCM modules while collaborating with key HR, Payroll, and IT teams. Applicants are encouraged to have 7–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Core HR and specialized modules such as Recruiting and Compensation, including competencies in payroll process support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and refine modules in Oracle HCM Cloud

• Work alongside HR and Payroll for system improvements

• Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis during setup

• Support testing and troubleshooting procedures

• Ensure seamless production support to improve HR processes

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in Oracle HCM domain

• Direct experience with payroll integration

• Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes

• Background in testing and system support
