Join Valard Construction as a Payroll Administrator in Edmonton, AB, ensuring accurate payroll data processing. We're looking for an experienced professional to support our payroll team.
In this important role, you will assist the Payroll Manager and contribute to payroll tasks such as timesheet data entry and maintaining payroll records. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and familiarity with various payroll systems to streamline processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter employee timesheet data accurately and timely
• Review inputs and work with Field admins for accuracy
• Assist in payroll transactions and prepare documents
• Maintain payroll records in both electronic and paper formats
• Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Experience in payroll, accounting, or admin role
• Strong data entry proficiency with accuracy focus
• Experience with HRIS systems like JD Edwards or Ceridian
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
