As a crucial member of the ACX Payroll Team, you will manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple locations. This role requires two years of full cycle payroll experience, familiarity with legislation, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly, weekly, and semi-monthly payroll
• Manage new hires, changes, and terminations
• Collaborate with Human Resources for actions and onboarding
• Serve as the point of contact for payroll inquiries
• Respond to requests from employees and government agencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of full cycle payroll experience
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is an asset
• Familiarity with ADP payroll software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ethics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
