The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR Department, working closely with the Regional Director. Your contributions will include overseeing recruitment, maintaining records, and supporting compliance with local legislation. As a key point of contact, you will facilitate communication and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer support for the HR Department’s activities
• Coordinate recruitment cycle and manage incoming applications
• Conduct legislative research and maintain employee records
• Assist in developing employee engagement programs
• Prepare documentation for HR compliance
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of HR administrative experience
• Fluent in English with strong professionalism
• Detail-oriented analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficient in MS Office and organizational tasks
