As a Corporate Manager, HR Programs for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you will lead and develop a high‑performing team while shaping enterprise culture and experience through impactful and scalable HR programs. You’ll bring strong leadership and insight to the design and evolution of talent management, employee experience and organizational programs. You’ll work closely with HR and business partners to translate business needs into practical solutions and modernize the employee and manager experience today and into the future.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery and on‑going evolution of high‑impact HR programs that strengthen engagement, performance, inclusion and employee experience.

Translate business and workforce needs into modern, scalable programs that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Partner with HRPD leaders, subject‑matter experts and senior stakeholders to design and implement complex company‑wide initiatives.

Drive change management, communications, and enablement to support successful implementation and sustained use.

Modernize HR programs through technology solutions, automation and emerging AI to create intuitive and efficient experiences.

Use data, insights and external trends to continuously assess, evolve, and improve program effectiveness.

Apply strong analytical capability to identify trends and insights to inform decision‑making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years progressive human resources experience including leading talent management and organizational development initiatives.

5+ years of people leadership experience, with a strong ability to coach, guide, and develop teams.

3–5+ years of experience leading in a large multi‑national organization preferred.

Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.

Strong program and project leadership skills, including change management and stakeholder influence.

Demonstrated success leading large‑scale HR programs and initiatives from concept to delivery, with a continuous‑learning mindset and strong awareness of evolving trends, technologies, and innovations in the HR space.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and influence decision‑making.

Experience working with HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools, and/or talent analytics to support business insights.
