As a key member of the Compensation Consulting team, you will engage directly with clients on compensation and total rewards projects.
Your role will involve analyzing complex data, conducting external market reviews, and preparing comprehensive client reports. Leading and mentoring analysts will be essential to deliver projects that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert consulting on remuneration and performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or similar
• At least 5 years in compensation consulting
• Strong analytical presentation skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven project management experience
