In this critical role reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, you will actively monitor workforce trends while leading recruitment efforts and supporting community development programs. You will provide direction to a team, promoting effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze workforce data for trends and risks
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and candidate management
• Coordinate workforce planning meetings and documentation
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations
• Implement leadership development and capability programs
Requirements:
• 3+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years in workforce planning or recruitment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage relationships and deadlines
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment systems
