Key Responsibilities:
• Lead APS's HR operations and strategic partnerships
• Provide HR consulting to executives and leaders
• Manage employee relations with values-based approaches
• Streamline HR processes and service delivery systems
• Coach a professional and accountable HR team
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or relevant business field
• Senior HR leadership and team management experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and practices
• Ability to influence decisions and manage sensitive issues
• CPHR designation is an asset
