In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the AVP, Talent Acquisition, and collaborate with executive leaders and HR partners to establish and manage talent pipelines. You will play a critical part in supporting executive recruitment, workforce planning, and organizational growth initiatives, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-to-end executive recruitment processes
• Build proactive talent pipelines for specialized roles
• Lead competitor research and labour market analysis
• Utilize advanced recruitment technologies for sourcing
• Generate intelligence reports to inform hiring strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven capability in talent mapping and strategic sourcing
• Expertise with AI-driven recruiting tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to support strategic decision-making
