Join DHRIM as a Senior Special Advisor focusing on User Experience (UX) Research and Design to support military HR modernization. Drive strategic initiatives for enhanced user-centered solutions.
As part of a new team under DHRIM 12, you will assess current practices and advise senior leadership on implementing industry standards in UX research. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape military HR solutions while aligning them with established guidelines. Your strategic insights will directly influence the development and documentation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current DHRIM processes and identify improvement strategies
• Analyze DND/DGEAS practices to ensure TBS compliance
• Conduct research on modern military HR solutions
• Provide insights for evaluating current engagement processes
• Develop a toolkit for effective UX integration
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 large projects for complex organizations
• 5 years' leading UX design and research projects
• Experience in digital transformation strategies
• Proven ability to present to senior officials
• Holder of or eligible for SECRET security clearance
Drive impactful UX transformations in military HR processes through expert advisory services.
