Keilhauer is seeking a people-focused HR Coordinator to manage full cycle recruitment and oversee weekly payroll tasks. The ideal candidate will balance relationship-driven recruiting with efficient HR administration, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and play a pivotal role in supporting employee engagement within a reputable furniture manufacturing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for designated roles
• Support weekly payroll processing and related queries
• Organize and maintain HR documentation and records
• Provide onboarding and HR support to employees
• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience, including payroll
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Knowledge of ESA and Ontario employment legislation
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
