As the Benefits Coordinator, you'll report to the Payroll Supervisor, processing payroll transactions for a diverse employee base across 9 residences. This role requires a thorough understanding of Canadian regulations and an ability to navigate the complexities of unionized settings, ensuring timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for high-volume employees
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations related to payroll
• Administer employee benefits and manage accurate deductions
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports as required
• Handle inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of payroll experience in Canada
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner an asset
• Strong knowledge of employment standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
