Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment efforts for skilled trades and professionals

• Represent Primoris at career fairs and recruitment events
• Coordinate pre-employment logistics and requirements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience in relevant sectors
• Familiarity with MS Office and talent management tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication for candidate engagement
• RPR designation or HR-related education is a plus
