This position emphasizes end-to-end recruiting strategies that support various organizational needs. Engage in both high-volume Part-time recruiting and specialized Full-time positions. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with managers to determine optimal recruitment strategies
• Conduct applicant screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Craft job descriptions and marketing campaigns
• Manage employment testing and coordinate background checks
• Monitor hiring analytics to optimize recruitment processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, preferably in sports/hospitality
• Proficient with HRIS and ATS software
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
