Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various functions
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers
• Enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Develop strategic pipelines for challenging roles
• Maintain recruiting data hygiene using an ATS
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of experience and Bachelor's degree
• Experience in fast-scaling or mission-driven environments
• Ability to tackle a varied requisition load
• Effective consultative skills in recruitment
• Proficiency in sourcing and managing candidate pipelines
