In your role at PCL Energy, you will partner with project teams to assess craft labour requirements. You’ll screen résumés, conduct interviews, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. This position focuses on delivering recruitment strategies that meet project timelines while following relevant recruitment regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in trades

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies

• Knowledge of apprenticeship and trade certifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in hiring activities
