In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and create exceptional candidate experiences. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to meet current and future staffing needs. Your expertise will play an essential role in enhancing our hiring processes while fostering diversity within our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts from posting to candidate offer

• Source and build diverse talent pipelines strategically

• Employ effective interviewing techniques during candidate assessments

• Write compelling job postings that attract qualified applicants

• Identify improvement strategies for talent acquisition processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources

• Proven skills in interviewing and assessment

• Experience with ATS and MS Office necessary

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
