As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will consult on HR functions and guide leaders in meeting operational objectives. Your experience in HR generalist roles will be pivotal in managing abilities programs, recruitment processes, and workplace conflict resolution. Effective communication and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies for client groups

• Advise on recruitment and staffing projections

• Facilitate employee performance management and coaching

• Conduct workplace investigations with best practices

• Maintain HRIS data for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration

• At least five years in a similar HR role

• CPHR designation an asset

• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Suite

• Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
