Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through HCM implementation processes

• Analyze and coordinate across multiple work streams

• Foster relationships based on trust and expertise

• Provide guidance during onboarding of new team members

• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Workday certification in Core HCM

• 3+ years of configuration experience

• Knowledge of EIBs, calculated fields, and reporting

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in client-side roles is beneficial
