Human Resources Generalist

Elevate your HR career at Kepler Academy in Edmonton, Alberta. This in-person role focuses on HR administration, recruitment, and employee engagement at a leading childcare provider.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage HR functions including recruitment support, employee performance management, and compliance. This position requires collaboration with managers and travel to multiple locations quarterly to enhance workplace culture and ensure legislative adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to daily HR inquiries professionally

• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings

• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews

• Facilitate HR Orientation for new employees

• Support recruitment activities and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

• CPHR designation or in progress is an asset

• Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
