Human Resources Generalist

Elevate your HR career with Kepler Academy as a Human Resources Generalist, based at our Head Office in West Edmonton. Collaborate closely with managers to promote a positive workplace culture.

In this in-person role, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. You will manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with employment standards, contributing to organizational goals through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to HR inquiries professionally each day

• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings

• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews

• Facilitate HR Orientation for new employees

• Partner with managers on WCB claims management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

• CPHR designation or working toward it

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
