Hybrid Employment Specialist

As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with diverse clients, assessing their skills and facilitating job placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify job targets and match clients with employers

• Support assertive job searches following placement models

• Provide pre-employment support including resumes and interviews

• Assess worksites for client suitability

• Maintain employer relationships for future opportunities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred

• Experience with young adults aged 16-24

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Exemplary verbal and business writing skills

• Valid Alberta driver's license and reliable vehicle
