As a full-time Senior Talent Management Consultant, you'll engage with senior executives, including Deputy Ministers and HR leaders, to enhance leadership pipelines and succession outcomes. Your strategic role focuses on talent management, organizational consulting, and evidence-informed decision-making. Make a significant impact on how talent is identified, developed, and mobilized across the Government of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on executive talent management and succession planning

• Partner with ministries to address leadership risks and opportunities

• Design and enhance talent management frameworks and programs

• Facilitate critical talent discussions among senior leaders

• Use data and analytics to support informed decision-making

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in enterprise-level Talent Management

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

• Proven skills in strategic HR consulting and advising senior leaders

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Expertise in talent analytics and workforce planning
