This role focuses on delivering group and individualized employment counseling. You will be responsible for leading various workshops and creating personalized service plans for participants. As a Career Coach, you will also build relationships with clients and collaborate with your team to enhance program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new workshop material with team collaboration
• Facilitate Life Management and Employability Workshops
• Create personalized service plans for participants
• Collaborate on job placements with the Employment Specialist
• Track participant progress through
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in employment counseling preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience required
• Knowledge of local labor market and pre-employment strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online databases
• Excellent communication skills for rapport building
