HR ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute HR strategies across a multi-province workforce. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR operations while supporting business growth and fostering a strong, values-driven culture.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational goalsManage talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning initiativesLead employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching across the organizationEnsure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple provincesOversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operationsTrack HR metrics, improve processes, and provide insights to support business decisionsDrive employee engagement, leadership development, and a positive workplace cultureSupport organizational change and continuous improvement initiativesYour strengths include:Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a multi-province workforceCPHR designation or working toward certification is an assetStrong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, particularly Alberta; BC, Ontario, and Quebec experience is an assetExperience supporting both on-site and remote teamsPayroll experience within Canadian jurisdictionsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skillsKnowledge of the telecommunications or IT industry is an assetValid driver's license and ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
