Experienced HR and Payroll Manager

Aplin seeks a skilled HR and Payroll Manager for a respected organization in Edmonton. This full-time, in-office role focuses on payroll expertise and broad HR generalist skills.

In this hands-on position, you will take responsibility for payroll management and support the employee lifecycle, serving approximately 100 employees.

Your role includes working closely with leadership, enhancing HR and payroll processes, and being a reliable resource for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, process, and ensure accuracy of full-cycle payroll

• Resolve payroll discrepancies through reconciliation and audits

• Act as a subject matter expert in HR and payroll matters

• Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries

• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with legislation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR and payroll management

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and HR practices

• Advanced Excel proficiency for payroll processing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Degree or diploma in HR is preferred
