In this vital role, the HRBP partners with site leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment. Managing employee relations is key, as well as supporting performance management and identifying training needs to promote professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy
• Lead talent acquisition and effective onboarding
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Support continuous feedback in performance management
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline
• Over 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
