HR Business Partner Opportunity

As an HR Business Partner at Driving Force Group, you will have the chance to work closely with leadership teams across Canada and the U.S. This position involves coaching managers, designing innovative HR programs, and addressing employee needs across various jurisdictions. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting fairness and wellness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR consultant for managers

• Lead the design and implementation of HR initiatives

• Create and facilitate engagement programs

• Consult on sensitive HR processes and compliance

• Assist with disability claims and accommodations

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience

• At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian HR legislation

• HR-related degree or diploma

• CPHR designation is strongly preferred
