Join Edmonton International Airport as a People & Culture Business Partner for an 18-month full-time term. This role focuses on enhancing employee relations and supporting leaders in a unionized setting.

As a vital member of the People Operations team, you’ll provide strategic advice to management while navigating complex HR scenarios. Your engagement will ensure adherence to employment legislation while fostering a positive employee culture. Expect to use your expertise in coaching and facilitation to influence workplace dynamics and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business-focused HR advice to leaders

• Navigate complex employee and labour relations situations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration

• CPHR designation preferred

• 5+ years of HR experience

• Proven unionized environment experience

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
